Enter the email address you used at checkout. We'll send a one-time code to confirm it's you, then you can cancel any campus's subscription in a couple of clicks.

Cancel in the billing portal
Subscriptions are managed in the billing portal run by Polar, our payment provider. It takes about a minute.
- Open the billing portal and enter your billing email.
- Type in the code Polar emails you.
- Open your campus's subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
Production Deck keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Changed your mind? Resume before it ends and nothing changes.
You can also cancel by emailing support@productiondeck.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, as described in Section 3.5 of the license agreement.
